Equipped with the latest Mac computers, the best design software as well as distinctive programs for package design, Prominent Printing is able to show our client the desired product in its final form on the screen before starting actual production. Through our professional sample preparation equipment our clients can actually hold a real prototype of the final product in the shape and dimensions specified, allowing the client to ‘use’ the product and identify any desired modifications quickly. Printing & Production
For quality printing, Prominent Printing facility include state of the art 6 color Heidelberg offset printing press, with double coating features. We also have offset printing machines with UV ink printing capabilities to produce a box like a piece of art. Together, these machines enable us to deliver efficient production and excellent printing quality with minimal preparation time.
Foil Stamping & Embossing
Critical to the completion of a quality product, precise die-cutting is one of the most important steps in creating functional packaging. Prominent Printing is equipped with the leading programmable automatic die-cutting machines by laser plates . We precision cut printed cardboard to get the packages in the pre-final form. Several additional options are also available in this section, including the addition of artistic touches such as a carving effect.
Assembly & Finishing
Prominent Printing and Packaging produces high quality dies for special decorative effects like foil stamping or decoration with gold and silver. Foil stamping is a cost-effective, eye-catching form of heat transfer printing. Using a heated metal die, color pigments are stamped onto paper and other materials to create a visually appealing addition to many products.
Corrugation
Prominent Printings Corrugation department is equipped with the latest, fastest and most efficient folding and forming equipment to ensure high productivity with minimal errors. In addition, this is done without any hand contact with the product in order to preserve cleanliness and ensure customer satisfaction.
Quality Control & Testing
With its own onsite laboratory, Prominent Printing tests finished products to make sure comply with client specifications. Basic tests that are conducted onsite include:
